WIL Program for In-Service Learners

Our Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) program is actively supporting 610 in-service learners across Limpopo, Gauteng, and the Free State. This program provides participants with valuable hands-on experience, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and practical application in their professional fields. By engaging with real-world challenges in diverse settings, our learners gain essential skills and insights that drive their career growth and contribute to the development of their regions.

Food and Beverage Handling Program in Bushbuckridge

In Bushbuckridge, we are running a specialized program with a focus on Food and Beverage Handling. This includes:

  • 9 disabled learners receiving training in Food and Beverage Handling.
  • 6 learners specializing in Bread and Flour Production.

Plant Production Level 4 Program in Nkangala, Mpumalanga

Our Plant Production Level 4 program in Nkangala, Mpumalanga, is designed to provide advanced training in agricultural and horticultural practices. This program supports 100 learners and aims to:

  • Develop Advanced Skills: Equip learners with in-depth knowledge and skills in plant production, including soil management, pest control, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Enhance Practical Experience: Offer hands-on training in modern agricultural techniques and technologies, preparing learners for real-world challenges in the field.
  • Promote Career Growth: Prepare participants for advanced roles in the agricultural industry, including positions in farm management, horticulture, and crop production.
  • Support Regional Agriculture: Contribute to the development of local agricultural practices, promoting food security and sustainable farming in the Nkangala region.
